Order management

If you decide to manage Orders yourself, you'll need to place an Order in our system from your ERP whenever a customer successfully completes a transaction including a protection product in your store. Then, whenever the status of the Order changes (i.e., if it's fulfilled or cancelled), you'll have to notify us.

after delivery of the actual product
Refund a purchased protection
if the customer returns the product

to undo the purchase of the protection
